The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, more commonly known as the Section 8 program at Housing Pierce County, includes both tenant-based vouchers and project-based vouchers. Both vouchers help low-income individuals and families to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing.
To apply for HPC’s waitlists, you first need to register an account on our applicant portal. Note that you’ll need an email address to create your account. If you already have an account, just log in and select the “Apply to Waiting Lists” option to start your application.
