Our affordable housing portfolio is multifamily housing for your family’s needs – whether a multigenerational home or a household of one.
These apartments charge lower rent than most others on the market, but are not supported by federal programs. Usually, these properties do not have blanket income restrictions on every unit, although some properties that are in the process of transitioning to subsidized housing may require your household to be at 60% AMI or lower to be approved for tenancy. These properties also do not have waitlists. When one of our unrestricted properties has a vacant unit, it is leased on a first-come, first-served basis. All are welcome to apply.
