These apartments charge lower rent than most others on the market, but are not income-restricted or age-restricted, and are not supported by federal programs. These properties also do not have waitlists. When one of our unrestricted properties has a vacant unit, it is leased on a first-come, first-served basis. All are welcome to apply.
