Housing Pierce County utilizes the Municipal Research and Services Center (MSRC) to maintain our Small Works Roster. Businesses interested in working with HPC on projects that utilize the roster contracting process must register for free with MSRC at www.mrscrosters.org and select the Pierce County Housing Authority in your account. Please note for anyone bidding on HPC project, there are often either State of Washington prevailing wage requirements or Federal Davis Bacon requirements. The appropriate prevailing wage will be included during the bidding process.
